What we are aiming for
We work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this site, the same standard we hold client work to. There is no government certification that makes a site “ADA compliant”, so we will not claim one. What we can tell you is what we have done and what we have not.
The W3C, which publishes WCAG, does not certify websites, so this page reports the results of our own testing rather than an official certification. Our testing so far shows most of the site meets the standard. Some parts do not yet, and those gaps are listed below.
What we have done here
- A skip link is the first thing the tab key reaches on every page, so you can jump straight past the menu to the content. Controls show a green focus outline you can see.
- Text and button colors are measured. On 5 October 2026 we checked 3,004 pieces of text across 56 pages, every page in our sitemap plus the client agreement page. Every piece that fell below the AA threshold has been corrected. The client agreement page is produced by our e-signature software and does not load this site's styles, so its fixes are made through that software's own settings and hooks. The same page has five form fields that the software ships without labels. We have added the labels ourselves while its maker prepares a permanent fix, which they have confirmed and logged for an upcoming release. On the same date we checked every link and every form field on the site: 1,794 links, each with a text name, and 178 form fields, each with a label.
- Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Headings run in order and describe the section they open, so a screen reader user can navigate by structure. Every page carries one page title and no skipped levels.
- Form fields have real labels attached to them in code, required fields are marked in text and not by color alone, and errors are described in words.
- Animation respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system, and background video is hidden entirely when that setting is switched on.
- Pages are readable and operable on a phone without horizontal scrolling. We tested every page at a 320 pixel screen width and none of them scroll sideways.
- Every page that runs video behind the text carries a button to turn that video off, and the site remembers your choice.
Where we know we fall short
Captions on video. Our showreel is hosted on Vimeo and not every clip carries captions yet. We are working through the library. If you need a transcript of any video on this site, ask and we will send you one.
Third-party embeds. The booking calendar on our schedule page is supplied by Google and rendered inside their frame. We do not control its markup and cannot fix it ourselves. If it blocks you, call us and we will book the time with you directly.
Keyboard and screen reader testing. We are partway through a full check of every page by keyboard and with a screen reader. Until that check is finished, we do not claim the site has been fully tested with either. If something on this site traps you or reads back wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say so here.

How this was assessed
By self-evaluation. We measured contrast and checked markup on every page of this site, and tested by keyboard on the parts described above. A full keyboard and screen reader pass is under way and this page will be updated when it is done. No independent third party has audited this site. If that changes we will say so here.
