Great events need great equipment. We supply microphones, speakers, mixers, stage lights, projectors, large-format screens, video switchers, and all supporting gear. Every setup is customized to the venue size and event needs.
Same rate for setup, show and strike. We do not charge a premium for the hard part or a discount for the easy part - it is one number and it is on this page.
We quote from crew presets - small, standard, and large or multi-day - once we know three things: the room, the schedule, and whether anything has to be recorded or streamed. Tell us those and you get a real number, not a range.
Sound, lighting, staging, live streaming, multi-camera, recording, and the wiring nobody sees. We have been doing AV since 1992 - longer than we have been building websites, and longer than most of the companies bidding against us have existed.
A deposit reserves your date, and the date is not held until it clears. That is not us being difficult - once a date is held we turn down other work for it. For events we will tell you straight whether the date is open before you commit to anything.
Filming rather than running the room? Video is priced in blocks instead - Mini $500, half day $1,000, full day $2,000, each including matching editing time. See video production.
