All prices exclude 7% West Virginia sales tax, which is added at checkout unless you have a valid exemption certificate on file.

The care plan — paid monthly
Every plan covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, plugin and WordPress updates, uptime monitoring, analytics connected, and phone and email support. What changes between them is how much of our time is on retainer.

Time does not roll over. Anything past your included time is $125 an hour. New pages, new design or new features are quoted separately rather than drawn from your allowance. Month to month – change plans or cancel any time with 30 days written notice.

How paying works
You enter your card or bank details directly with Intuit, never on this website. We do not see them and we do not store them.
Your first month of the care plan is prorated from the day you sign to the end of that month, and charged at signature along with any build deposit. There is deliberately no “nothing due today” option – something is always charged when you sign, because a payment method nobody has ever used is a payment method nobody knows works.
Care billing starts at signature, not at launch. Your hosting is provisioned the day you sign, your staging site goes up immediately, and your plan hours go into building. You are paying for work in progress, not waiting in line.
