The monthly care plan covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security and plugin updates, uptime monitoring and a set amount of our time - from $65 for hosting only up to $450 for five hours a month. Time does not roll over, anything past it is $125 an hour, and you can change plans or cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Stores are a Custom Build, quoted in writing, and need Care Priority at $450 a month minimum. A store that goes down on a Saturday cannot wait until Tuesday.
